Pure Genius Media Content Creation Terms and Conditions
- Acceptance of Terms: By engaging Pure Genius Media for content creation services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
- Services Offered: Pure Genius Media offers content creation services including but not limited to Web design, writing, editing, graphic design, video production, and social media content creation.
- Payment: Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fee for services rendered. Payment terms will be outlined in the contract.
- Copyright: Pure Genius Media retains full copyright ownership of all content created until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, clients will receive full usage rights as outlined in the contract.
- Revisions: Clients are entitled to a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the contract. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Confidentiality: Pure Genius Media agrees to keep all client information confidential and to not disclose any proprietary information to third parties.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will still apply.
- Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Genius Media against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the content created.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom.
- Modification of Terms: Pure Genius Media reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
