Welcome to Pure Genius Media. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These Terms govern all interactions between you (“the Client”) and Pure Genius Media (“the Provider,” “we,” or “us”), including but not limited to website hosting, care and maintenance packages, optional add-ons, bespoke website builds, and related digital services.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Digital Services:
Our services are strictly limited to digital website-related services, including:

  • Website hosting and WordPress hosting

  • Care and maintenance packages (Basic, Premium, Full Monty)

  • Optional add-ons (SEO, content updates, marketing strategy, custom features)

  • Bespoke website builds or redesigns

1.2 Digital Partnership:
When subscribing to any of our care and maintenance or full-service packages, you are entering a digital partnership. This partnership is strictly limited to your website and associated digital services. We do not provide offline business management, accounting, legal, or non-website consulting services unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Package Details

2.1 Care and Maintenance Packages:

  • Basic Plan: £11/month — includes core ongoing website care.

  • Premium Plan: £75/month — includes advanced support, priority response, optional add-ons.

  • Full Monty Plan: £225/month — includes all care, maintenance, growth support, SEO, content updates, marketing strategy, and custom feature assistance.

2.2 Optional Add-Ons:
Optional services may be added to any package at the prices listed on the website. Clients subscribing to add-ons acknowledge that additional fees will apply.

2.3 One-Time Website Builds or Redesigns:
If you do not yet have a website, or require a redesign, a separate one-time fee will be discussed during onboarding. This fee is not included in recurring care or hosting packages.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all required content, credentials, and access for services to be delivered effectively.

  • Clients must maintain active payment for hosting, care, and optional services.

  • Clients acknowledge that digital services are dependent on access to hosting environments, servers, and software platforms (e.g., WordPress).

4. Payments

4.1 Recurring Payments:
All care and maintenance or add-on services are billed monthly. Payments are due in advance of service delivery.

4.2 Late Payments:
Services may be suspended if payments are not received on time. Reactivation may incur additional fees.

4.3 Refunds:
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. One-time service fees (e.g., website builds) are subject to individual agreements.

5. Scope Limitations

  • Pure Genius Media does not guarantee specific search engine rankings or financial results.

  • We are not responsible for third-party software, server downtime, or external content issues.

  • Clients are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding their website content, including copyright and data protection regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All websites, graphics, code, and materials remain the intellectual property of Pure Genius Media until full payment is received for one-time builds.

  • Clients retain rights to their content and media uploaded to their websites.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate a recurring service plan with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Termination does not automatically include refunds for unused periods unless agreed in writing.

8. Liability

  • Pure Genius Media’s total liability for any claim arising out of these services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the affected service in the preceding 12 months.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country / Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your City / Jurisdiction].
