Web Design Agreement

Website Development Agreement TRADEGADGETS4U.COM and https://puresuperfoods.co.uk/ This agreement is made on 16th November 2024 between Pure Genius Media (hereinafter referred to as “the Developer”) and Kash Singh (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”). Scope of Work:The Developer agrees to design and develop two websites (Pure Super Foods & Trade Gadgets 4U) for the Client. The total cost for each website is £135, inclusive of all agreed-upon features and services. Payment Terms: A deposit of £35 per website is due upon signing this agreement, totalling £70 for the two websites. The remaining balance of £100 per website, totalling £200, is payable upon the completion and approval of the websites by the Client. Payments shall be made via [specify payment method, e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, etc.]. Up on completion of the websites, a monthly £9.99 hosting fee will be paid by the client for the duration of each site, totalling  £19.98 per month for 2 domain spaces. Timeline: The Developer will provide an estimated completion date after receiving the initial deposit and all necessary materials from the Client. Timely feedback from the Client is required to ensure project deadlines are met. Revisions:The agreement includes up to [ten] rounds of revisions per website. Additional revisions will incur a separate fee, which will be agreed upon in advance.
