When do hourly rates apply?

Hour rates do not apply to the quoted jobs. For example, if we quote £540 to build a website, that is what you will pay. We do our best to avoid hidden costs, and if we fail to quote you on a service, we swallow the price to ensure that what you have budgeted for is what you pay.

During the design brief, we will create a price plan for you, estimating your total cost for our service as accurately as possible. 

Hourly rates apply to services separate from package deals, so once you have paid for a package deal and the work is finished, should you wish to amend, upgrade or change content, hourly rates then apply. But if during the site build you wish to amend, upgrade or change content, this can be done within the quoted price within reason, if your request to amend, upgrade or change content will affect the quoted price in any way, we will put the new price in writing and seek confirmation before carrying out any adjustments.
